LCT Support Services are seeking enthusiastic, ambitious and high quality staff to help achieve its ambitious expansion plans.
LCT Support Services staff provide customer care services via telephone and email for travel bookings including ferries and hotels. Applications are invited from enthusiastic individuals who have the desire to deliver customer service in a fast courteous and professional manner. In addition to English it would be advantageous if you can speak some European languages, in particular Spanish, Dutch, Swedish and French. We operate shifts 0800-1630 and 1130-2000, rotating each week.
